PHYSICIAN: FULL-TIME
Maple Leaf Treatment Center is recruiting for a Physician to provide addiction treatment services in an outpatient setting. The opportunity exists to move into the role of Medical Director.

The Physician provides addiction treatment in line with industry best practices in an outpatient setting, participates in leadership, quality assurance and program development activities, maintains professional licensure and good standing with Medical Practice Board, provides 75% direct service with the support of a multi-disciplinary treatment team and has potential for rapid leadership growth.

Required
· MD license in good standing
· Suboxone waiver not required for hire, but required for permanent employment
· Prior supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
· Addictions experience preferred
· J1 VISA encouraged to apply

CLINICIAN: FULL-TIME

The Clinician works in collaboration with Clinical Director and the MLTC team to maintain outstanding clinical services in a safe, secure environment for all clients and staff. Clinicians provide evidence-based assessment, individual and group counseling, and case management services for individuals in early recovery from substance use disorders.

RESIDENTIAL COUNSELORS: FULL-TIME AND LONG-TERM PER DIEM

We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team to work collaboratively with clients and staff to ensure excellent client care.

You’ll be part of the team responsible for group facilitation, client supervision, medication administration, intake interviews, admissions and crisis management. Evenings and weekends are required. Associates in social work, addiction counseling, or human services required; Bachelor’s a plus.
