Dr. Iacuzzi has 15 years of experience in the addiction and mental health profession. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology and a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology. She has extensive experience utilizing evidence-based practices, providing clinical supervision, and training clinicians. Dr. Iacuzzi has worked in a range of settings including outpatient and residential treatment, psychiatric hospitals, community mental health centers and detention centers. She has presented at state and national conferences on topics ranging from supervision to systems change, from trauma-informed services to multicultural counseling. Dr. Iacuzzi is the Northeast Regional Representative to the NAADAC, the National Association of Addiction Professionals, and is the most recent President of the NH Drug & Alcohol Abuse Counselors Association.
David joined Maple Leaf in 2014 and has extensive experience providing Case Management services to various adult populations in and around Chittenden and Franklin Counties, including individuals with significant co-occurring disorders. By networking with service providers in Vermont and throughout New England, he assists individuals with developing support systems that meet their specific needs. David uses a person-centered approach to empower and motivate individuals to strive for the capacity to fulfill their own potential.
Jenn received her Associates Degree in nursing from Vermont Technical College. She joined the Maple Leaf team as a staff nurse in 2004 and then accepted the position as MAT nurse case manager in 2013. The position entails working with the Vermont Blueprint Project, overseeing the care of outpatient Suboxone clients.
