	Maple Leaf Farm, located in Underhill, Vermont, is one of the oldest, continuously operating residential substance abuse programs in the country. We are a short-term residential treatment program serving individuals ages 18 and older with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.   We are looking for dynamic and qualified professionals who want to work in a team environment, have an interest in the substance abuse field, and support our mission. Every employee must be committed to the safety, well-being and recovery of our patients, as well as the safety and sensibilities of our community.
