Maple Leaf Farm, located in Underhill, Vermont, is one of the oldest continuously operating inpatient drug and alcohol abuse and addiction rehabilitation, detoxification and recovery centers in the country. We are a short-term residential treatment program serving individuals ages 18 and older with substance use disorders and dual diagnoses.

We are looking for dynamic and qualified professionals who wish to work in a team environment, have an interest in the substance abuse field, and support our mission of helping men and women recover from alcohol and drug addiction. Every employee must be committed to the safety, well-being and recovery of our patients, as well as the safety and sensibilities of our community.
