	Maple Leaf Farm in Underhill, VT is one of the oldest, continuously operating residential substance abuse programs in the country. We offer residential treatment programs to men and women in a serene setting in the foothills of Mt. Mansfield. Maple Leaf Farm is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is licensed by the State of Vermont and operates as a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization.
