We have implemented appropriate physical, technical and organizational measures; such has using industry accepted encryption for transmission of credit card information to help keep your information secure, accurate, current and complete. At no time is this information available to any other party. Maple Leaf Farm will not sell, trade, rent or disclose to third parties any of the information collected on this site. Donor names, mailing addresses and e-mail addresses will be added to Maple Leaf Farm’s mailing list. Please contact kathyd@mapleleaf.org if you prefer not to be added to the list. This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. All of our users’ information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. Development Director) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
